Effective: June 2026. Skopely is a service operated by Davidian Software, LLC ("we," "us").
What we collect
- From you: email, business name, website, and location when you run a scan or purchase an audit. Payment details go directly to Stripe; we never see your card number.
- About the audited business: publicly available information only — website content, public Google Business Profile data, public reviews, public search results.
How we use it
- To produce and deliver your audit.
- To send you the emails you asked for. Free-scan users receive a short email series about what audits cover; every such email has a one-click unsubscribe.
- We do not sell or share your contact information with third parties for their marketing.
Processors we rely on
Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Anthropic (analysis engine), Google (Places & PageSpeed APIs), Outscraper (public review data), Cloudflare (DNS, bot protection). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
Retention & deletion
Reports and order records are kept so your private report links keep working. Email [email protected] to have your personal data and reports deleted — we honor deletion requests within 30 days.
