Skopely delivers a research-backed audit of the Google listing you select, scored against our rubric. If something went wrong on our end, reply to your report email within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right — by re-running the audit or refunding your purchase in full.

What we'll re-run or refund for

• Your report didn't arrive, or came through incomplete.
• We audited a different business than the one you picked.

How refunds arrive
