Terms of Service
Effective: June 2026. By purchasing a Skopely audit, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Skopely produces automated audits of publicly available digital-presence signals for the business you specify (website, Google Business Profile, public review platforms, public local search results). Reports are delivered by email and via a private link.
2. What we promise — and what we don't
We promise a report produced by our published methodology using data available at audit time. Scores are diagnostic guidance. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, revenue, or any specific business outcome. Criteria we cannot verify externally are excluded from scoring.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business details. Audits of the wrong business caused by inaccurate inputs are not refundable, though we'll re-run them at no cost where reasonable.
- Only request audits for a business you own, manage, or have a legitimate interest in evaluating.
4. Refunds
See our refund policy — in short, a 7-day guarantee: if we audited the wrong business, made a factual error that changes your score, or failed to deliver your report, we'll re-run it or refund you in full.
5. Intellectual property
Your report is yours — share it with whomever you like. The Skopely methodology, rubric, and report format remain ours.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skopely's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the report.
7. The provider
Skopely is a service operated by Davidian Software, LLC. References to "Skopely," "we," "us," and "our" in these terms mean Davidian Software, LLC.
